The Management Board (MB) of the PAIDEIA project serves as the primary decision-making body, composed of one representative from each partner organization within the consortium. Each representative holds voting rights, ensuring that all partners have a voice in the strategic direction of the project.
The MB is responsible for making key strategic decisions, overseeing project progress, and resolving conflicts that may arise. It is also tasked with monitoring the overall implementation of the project, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the project’s objectives and timelines.
The MB is involved in the approval of significant changes, including budget reallocations, and ensures compliance with the project’s ethical standards. The board meets annually in person and more frequently through virtual meetings to discuss ongoing activities, make necessary adjustments, and plan future steps.
This structure fosters a collaborative environment, enabling effective communication and coordination among all partners, thereby ensuring the successful execution of the project.
